Radiance Essentials began as a shared dream between Ra'Cole and her then-boyfriend, Dennis, who both had a deep interest in aromatherapy and the therapeutic power of essential oils.
Together, they envisioned creating a business dedicated to promoting wellness and natural healing. Their passion led them to extensive research and planning, eventually laying the foundation for what was originally named Raiden Essentials — a blend of their names.
However, as life unfolded, their paths diverged. Dennis, held back by a fear of success, decided to step away from the venture, and not long after, their relationship came to an end. But Ra'Cole's commitment to the vision remained unwavering. Determined to move forward, she sought a new name that would reflect not just the essence of the brand but also her journey of growth and resilience.
Thus, Radiance Essentials was born.

Meet Ra’Cole Taltoan
Ra’Cole Taltoan is a passionate entrepreneur and community advocate, serving as the CEO of Rockbrook Business Services, LLC and Radiance Essentials, LLC. With expertise in bookkeeping, tax preparation, and essential oils, she is dedicated to providing top-tier services and products while helping businesses start, fund, and grow. She is also the Executive Director of R.I.S.E. Youngstown, Inc., a nonprofit focused on financial literacy and entrepreneurship for families striving for self-sufficiency.
Her commitment to community impact has earned her several accolades, including the "Small Business Watch Us Grow" Award from SCORE (2017), recognition as an
Emerging Leader by the John Raymond Wean Foundation (2021), and an honor at the Juneteenth Sankofa Ball(2022). As a former AmeriCorps VISTA
, she played a key role in securing Youngstown’s
Envision Center designation—one of only seventeen in the nation. She continues to serve on multiple boards and is actively involved in organizations such as the
Youngstown Rotary Club, Building Freedom Ohio, and several neighborhood associations.
Currently, Ra’Cole is the President of the Resident Council in Rockford Village and a candidate for Youngstown’s 2nd Ward City Councilwoman. Whether through business, advocacy, or civic engagement, her mission remains the same: to uplift, empower, and create meaningful change in her community.
